The Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/05), in articles 128 to 135, regulates the legal guarantee on consumer goods sold to consumers outside business premises. This legal guarantee covers all production and conformity defects present on consumer goods purchased by consumers for two years. This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, or the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and obtain reimbursement of the expense incurred.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OF GOODS:

The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal by sending within 10 working days of receipt of the package by sending a simple formal request for withdrawal of goods. The customer must also arrange for the return of the shipment at his own expense. Once the above has been carried out, the customer will be refunded the full price paid, net of the shipping costs for the return of the goods which remain the responsibility of the buyer. For more information, see the Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n. 185, relating to the protection of consumers in the field of distance contracts.

 

GOODS WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE:

The buyer must return the purchased goods to us, using their own return carrier or use the same as the one of receipt

You must communicate your wish to withdraw in one of the methods described above, then you can choose one of the following options:

 

Full refund of the goods:

Credit note to be used for a future order.

If you request a refund (equal to the value of the goods correctly returned) this will be made according to the payment method you have chosen: bank transfer, credit card, PayPal within 10 working days. The only expenses to be incurred by the customer are those for shipping the product. The right of withdrawal is totally lost if the returned product is not intact:

  1. Absence of elements contained in the package such as manuals, cables, batteries, etc.
  2. Damage to the product caused by transport and use of goods whose resale is impossible due to consumption or hygienic conditions at risk.
  3. The costs incurred for standard delivery, cash on delivery, scheduled delivery, and storage will not be refunded.
